Community Standards

Last updated: August 21, 2026. These standards apply to everyone on Obleemaster, whether you list events, promote them, or buy tickets. This is a first draft for Oblee Limited and will be broadened over time.

Our promise

Obleemaster exists so real events reach real people. That only works if everyone here acts in good faith. Whatever your role, you agree to:

  • Be honest. Say what is true about yourself, your event, and your audience.
  • Treat people with respect. No harassment, bullying, threats, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Keep it legal. Nothing unlawful, and nothing that puts attendees at risk.
  • Be yourself. Do not impersonate Obleemaster, an event creator, an influencer, or anyone else.
  • Use one account per person, with accurate details that match your identity.

For influencers

Your reputation is the product. Promote in ways you would be happy to explain to the people who bought through your link.

  • Promote honestly. No invented lineups, fake sell out warnings, or claims the event creator has not made.
  • No spam. No bulk unsolicited messages, mass tagging, or repeat posting in groups that have asked you to stop.
  • No paid search on Obleemaster or event creator brand terms.
  • Disclose commission based promotion wherever the platform you post on requires it.
  • Never promote an event to audiences below its age limit.
  • No fake accounts, bought engagement, self referral, or duplicate accounts to farm referral rewards.
  • Commission on refunded, charged back, or fraudulent orders is reversed.
  • Honour the commission agreed at approval, and keep negotiations on platform.

For event creators

You are the merchant of record for your event. Buyers are trusting your listing, and so are we.

  • Listings must be accurate: date, time, venue, lineup, age policy, accessibility, and ticket terms.
  • Hold the licences, permissions, and insurance your event needs.
  • Deliver the event you sold. Material changes give buyers a refund right.
  • Honour your published refund policy, and refund cancelled events in full.
  • No bait listings, no invented scarcity, and no headline names you have not booked.
  • Treat influencers fairly. Do not approach them off platform to avoid commission on sales they drove.
  • Handle attendee data lawfully. It is collected for your event, not for resale.
  • Respond to buyer and influencer messages within a reasonable time.

For ticket buyers

  • One account per person, with your real name and contact details.
  • No bots, scripts, or automated buying, and no bulk buying to resell.
  • Do not work around per person ticket limits with multiple accounts or addresses.
  • Follow the entry, ID, and age rules of the event you are attending.
  • Treat event staff, event creators, influencers, and other attendees with respect.
  • Raise a problem with us or the event creator first. Filing a chargeback on a ticket you used or received is treated as fraud and can close your account.
  • Keep your tickets to yourself until you transfer them properly. Screenshots shared publicly can be scanned by someone else, and we cannot replace a ticket used that way.

Resale and pricing

Tickets bought on Obleemaster are for personal use. Plans change, so transfers are allowed, but profiteering is not.

  • Use the in app transfer feature to pass a ticket to someone else. It moves the ticket safely and keeps it valid.
  • You may not sell a ticket for more than you paid for it, including fees, on or off Obleemaster.
  • Listing Obleemaster tickets above face value on secondary sites can result in those tickets being voided without refund, and the account closed.
  • Buying tickets primarily to resell them is not allowed.
  • Tickets bought from unofficial resellers may be invalid. We can only support tickets that live in an Obleemaster account.

This is the same capped resale approach used by UK platforms such as DICE, Skiddle, and Ticketmaster's fan to fan exchange, and it reflects UK law on ticket bots and unfair ticket practices. Reselling a ticket at or below what you paid is not unethical, it is the sensible thing to do when you cannot make it. Marking it up because demand is high takes the ticket away from a fan and adds nothing to the event.

Content standards

This covers event pages, images and video, profiles, messages, and anything else you publish through Obleemaster.

  • No hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are.
  • No harassment, doxxing, or threats.
  • Absolutely no sexual content involving minors, and no content that sexualises children in any way.
  • No violent, extremist, or terrorist content, and nothing that glorifies it.
  • No content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, image rights, or privacy.
  • No misleading medical, financial, or safety claims.
  • Adult events must be clearly labelled and age gated.

Enforcement

We look at context, intent, and history. Depending on what happened, we may take one or more of these steps:

  • A warning and a request to fix the problem.
  • Editing or removing a listing, profile, or message.
  • Removing an influencer from an event, or pausing marketplace access.
  • Holding or withholding payouts or commission connected to the breach.
  • Voiding tickets bought or resold in breach of these standards.
  • Suspending or permanently closing the account.

Fraud, safety risks, and content involving children are acted on immediately and are reported to the relevant authorities. Nothing here limits our rights under the Terms and Conditions or the Event Creator and Influencer Terms.

Reporting and appeals

If you see an event, influencer, or buyer breaking these standards, tell us. Include the event link or account name and anything that helps us understand what happened.

  • Report by email to howfar@obleemaster.com, or through the contact form.
  • We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 working days.
  • Urgent safety issues at a live event should go to the venue and emergency services first.
  • If we take action against your account and you think we got it wrong, reply to the decision email within 30 days and a different person will review it.
