Event Creator and Influencer Terms

1. Scope
These terms apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions when you list an event as an event creator or promote an event as an influencer.
Event creators
2. Your listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing, including date, venue, age policy, lineup, and ticket terms, and for actually delivering the event.
3. Compliance
You confirm you hold the licences, permissions, and insurance required for your event, and that your event and marketing comply with UK law.
4. Fees and payouts
Obleemaster charges a platform fee on ticket sales. The fee is 5 percent, reduced to 4 percent for events promoted by an approved influencer. Payment provider charges may apply separately. Payouts are subject to identity checks and fraud review.
5. Working with influencers
When you approve an influencer, the commission rate agreed at approval is locked for that event. You may not contact influencers off platform to avoid commission on sales they drive.
6. Cancellations
If you cancel an event, you are responsible for refunds due to buyers under our Refund Policy.
Influencers
7. Independent status
You promote events as an independent creator, not as an employee or agent of Oblee Limited or of any event creator. You are responsible for your own taxes.
8. Approval and slots
Event creators approve who promotes their event, and slots are limited. Approval can be withdrawn where the promotion breaches these terms.
9. Commission
Commission is earned on qualifying, completed ticket sales tracked to your unique link at the rate shown when you were approved. Commission on refunded, chargeback, or fraudulent orders is reversed.
10. How you may promote
Be honest. No misleading claims, no spam, no paid search on Obleemaster or event creator brand terms, no impersonation of Obleemaster or the event creator, and no promotion to audiences below the event age limit. Disclose paid or commission based promotion where the platform you post on requires it.
11. Referral chain
Where a referral override applies, it is paid on qualifying sales for the stated period and cannot be created by self referral or duplicate accounts.
12. Payouts
Payouts are made to verified details after any review period. We may withhold payouts pending fraud checks or where the associated event is under dispute.
13. Suspension
We may pause or close accounts that breach these terms, and withhold commission connected to the breach.
