Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the organiser's policy, which is shown on the event page before you pay. If an event is cancelled, you get a full refund including the booking fee.

How long does a refund take?
Once issued, refunds usually reach your card within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. We email you when it is on its way.
An event was cancelled. What do I do?
Nothing. We refund cancelled events automatically to the card you paid with and let you know by email.
