Instant payouts: how Trusted creators get paid the day after

Cash flow is the quiet killer of independent events. You book the venue, pay the deposit, front the artist fee, and then wait for the ticket revenue to land. That is why we built instant payouts, and why they sit at the top of our trust ladder.

How it works Once you reach Trusted status, your payout hold drops to a single day. The day after your event ends, your ticket revenue lands in your connected bank account. No forms, no support tickets, no waiting for the next payout cycle. Your reserve rate drops too, so more of your money moves with you.

Who qualifies Instant payouts are for event creators who have reached Trusted status. Every creator starts at New and climbs by running good events.

How you get to Trusted Verified: pass your identity check, complete your payout details, and keep a clean record with no open risk flags. Established: from Verified, complete at least one event, settle 25 or more tickets, and hold a dispute rate under 1 percent with a refund rate under 10 percent. Trusted: from Established, complete 3 or more events, settle 250 or more tickets, be 6 months on the platform, and hold a dispute rate under 0.5 percent.

Each step also loosens your limits along the way. Payout holds shorten from 7 days to 5, then 3, then 1. Reserve rates fall from 15 percent to 12, then 10, then 5. Ticket caps and the number of events you can run at once rise with every level.

What about refunds and disputes We hold a small reserve against active disputes and refund requests, and release it once the window closes. You always see the exact reserve amount in your dashboard.

One thing to keep in mind Levels move both ways. If your dispute rate hits 1 percent or your refund rate hits 25 percent, your level drops and instant payouts pause until you rebuild. Run clean events, communicate with your buyers, and the fastest payouts on the platform are yours.
